We're looking for an experienced Structural Engineer with experience in designing and constructing high-performance commercial buildings. This position is based at our corporate office in Sauk Rapids, MN.

Our Structural Engineers are the backbone of safe construction and ensure that our buildings stand strong for decades to come.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Design structural systems for commercial steel buildings
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams throughout project lifecycle
- Perform calculations, modeling, and analysis to ensure code compliance and structural integrity
- Ensure code compliance and safety
You will fit in our structure if you have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

PE license required or ability to obtain within 12 months

3 years of experience in commercial building design

Proficiency in structural design software

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
