What will you be doing?
- Design, develop, and maintain applications to support business operations
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing codebases and database queries for performance and scalability
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and data integrity
- Document technical specifications and system architecture
- Learn and adapt to changes in requirements from the business
What are the minimum qualifications?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong experience with C# and SQL Server
- Understanding of Object‐Oriented Programming and design patterns
- Knowledge of relational database design and development, with SQL Server
- Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and system integrations
- Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
What will make your résumé stand out?
- Experience working in financial investment or financial services
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- AWS or other cloud environments
Location: Hybrid in Fort Worth, Texas. In‐office Tuesday through Thursday

Salary: 120k – 135k Bonus Plan (8-10%), 401K Plan is ~10% company contributed. Lunch paid by firm, $75/month mobile reimbursement, Gym Fee, Free Parking
