What will you be doing?
- Provide hands-on engineering support across infrastructure, applications, and end-user systems
- Manage backup operations using Rubrik and maintain Pure Storage environments
- Support and optimize VMware virtualization infrastructure
- Administer business applications and Azure cloud services
- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion
- Deliver white-glove technical support with a service-first mentality
- Collaborate closely with a lean team where adaptability and shared ownership are essential
What skills/experience do you need?
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong full-stack engineering background with broad technical versatility
- Experience with backup solutions, prefer Rubrik, storage systems like Pure, and VMware
- Working knowledge of Azure and business application management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
- Thrives in small team environments where agility and cross-functional skills are valued
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative team mindset
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Financial investment or financial services experience preferred
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Salary: 120k – 150k Bonus (10-20%) 401k match up to the maximum ($24,500), Company pays 100% of medical insurance, 4 weeks vacation, in-office lunch paid for, etc.
