Are you the person in the room that investors trust and founders want to impress?
We are a US-European sell-side M&A, lending, and special situations firm with a proprietary pipeline of high-conviction deals - founder-led companies from early stage to pre-IPO - delivering above-market growth for sophisticated investors. We are selectively expanding our capital network and looking for a Senior Advisor who brings relationships, instinct, and credibility to the table.
This is not a desk job. It is a high-value, flexible advisory role built for the seasoned professional who is already in the right rooms and wants to be rewarded while joining our journey.
What You Will Do
Introduce our curated deal flow to your network of family offices, UHNWIs, and private investors seeking proprietary, off-market opportunities. Act as a trusted connector between exceptional founders and capital, with typical check sizes ranging from $1M to $15M. Leverage your relationships to expand our investor base beyond traditional PE and VC into the family office and angel ecosystem. Represent opportunities with discretion, sophistication, and conviction.
You Are the Right Fit If
You have built a trusted network through wealth management, private banking, or M&A advisory - whether at firms like Bernstein, Goldman, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, boutique multi-strategy shops, or top-tier private banks. You have existing relationships with family offices or UHNW clients actively seeking alternative, high-return investments. You thrive on deal energy without wanting the grind of a full-time seat. You are based in or connected to the NY/CT corridor, though strong candidates from Miami, LA, or beyond are welcome. You want long-term partnership potential, not just a transactional engagement.
