What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Coordinator position at Riccelli-Northern?
Job Duties:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer incoming calls from field mechanics requesting parts.
- Order, pick up, and deliver parts using company/personal vehicle as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and track part usage.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts.
- Work closely with management on part needs.
- Assist with shop organization and cleanliness during downtime, including multiple locations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Experience with parts, inventory, or heavy equipment preferred.
