Multi-Site Operations Manager
Manufacturing Company has a position open for a Multi-Site Operations Manager.
Candidate will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee multi-site plant manufacturing
operations, be responsible for manufacturing and distribution departments and directing
daily operations, create and execute strategies and policies, establish and communicate
strategic directions, collaborate with executive leadership, collaborate with key
stakeholders, provide input and recommendations regarding staffing, wage/salary
guidelines, materials and capital expenditures, provide monthly responses to budget
variance, oversee multi-CAPEX projects, design and implement physical design/layouts,
ensure compliance with the Quality (ISO), review quality assurance initiatives, monitor
production costs, develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures, provide
leadership to manufacturing and distribution teams, oversee employee performance and
set performance goals, develop leaders and build organizational capability, develop
operational strategies including standardizing processes and driving lean/continuous
improvement initiatives, oversee creation and management budgets and collaborate with
procurement and sourcing teams.

U.S. Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in business administration or industrial
engineering as well as trained/skilled in project management, manufacturing practices,
total productive maintenance (TPM), Occupational Health and Safety Administration
(OSHA), performance management programs, quality standard in manufacturing,
knowledge of profit/loss in small to mid-size organization, experience with CAPEX
management, familiar with continuous improvement initiatives, inventory management,
knowledge of lean manufacturing initiatives and exposure to Research and Development
