What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing medium-duty diesel engines, commercial fleets, and light/medium trucks (Diesel experience is a major plus!).
- Diagnostic Competency: Proficiency with OEM/aftermarket diagnostic tools, electrical troubleshooting, driveability, diesel emissions, and hydraulic/brake systems.
- Self-Motivated & Gear-Ready: Must own a comprehensive set of personal hand and power tools appropriate for commercial vehicle repair.
- Certifications: Current ASE Certifications (Medium/Heavy Truck T-Series) or OEM factory training preferred.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to complying with shop safety standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
