Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with less than 9 points violations
- Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, and occasional overtime
Some of your responsibilities:
- Make accounting entries in our computer system (CDK) for taxes and other aspects of automotive accounting
- Prepare certain checks for bank deposit
- Serve as a backup to Runner
- Assist with tracking titles utilizing CDK and Google Sheets
- Code and file titles and MSO’s
- Pull and match up titles and MSO’s to deals
- Make follow up phone calls to track titles on customer payoffs
- Assist with preparing deals (teardown) for further processing
- Take incoming calls from customers
- Process title work for both new and used vehicle sales
- Process titles to switch to Ricart’s name
- Assist with acquiring titles from other states
