Senior Scientist / Associate Director / Director – Cancer Research

Riboscience is seeking highly motivated Research Scientists across multiple levels to join our team and help advance innovative therapies in oncology.
This role offers the opportunity to drive cutting-edge cancer drug discovery and diagnostic development, working at the intersection of translational science and clinical advancement. You’ll collaborate across teams and with external partners to move programs from early discovery toward clinical impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute molecular and cell biology experiments, analyze data, and author study reports and publications
- Investigate tumor biomarkers, mechanisms of action, and explore new indications or combination therapies
- Establish and manage external research collaborations
- Review and synthesize scientific literature, conference data, and emerging research, and present insights internally
- Propose new research directions and therapeutic targets in oncology
- Support clinical trial activities as part of a cross-functional clinical team
Qualifications
- PhD or MD with relevant experience in cancer research and drug discovery
- Demonstrated track record of scientific productivity and impact
- Strong expertise in molecular biology, cell biology, and immunology techniques
- Familiarity with bioinformatics and/or AI-driven research approaches is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
