Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Hostess to join our team at 1917 Restaurant. The ideal candidate has a passion for people and provides exceptional hospitality. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is a team player, multi-tasker with a willingness to learn and be creative. Perform tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Help with ANY duties within the Restaurant/Winery to ensure seamless experience for our guests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
- Welcoming customers into store/restaurant
- Support and manage reservations
- Attention to detail, calmness, and creativity in dealing with employees and customers, and the ability to think and react quickly under pressure.
- Staying knowledgeable about our range of products
- Promote special sales
- A bust bee, self-starter and team player
- A friendly attitude and a strong work ethic
- Must be a team player, reliable, & dependable
- Must be able to stand for long period of time
- Must maintain a positive attitude
Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Tock system is a plus, must be tech savvy.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in food and beverages is a plus.
- Hygiene Standards: Must adhere to proper hygiene and cleanliness practices at all times.

$17 - $19 USD
