Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
- Understand and communicate the brand's message, mission, and goals
- Collaborate with the Events & Sponsorship Department to execute campaigns and strategies
- Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products
- Drive sales through in-store dry and wet demos
- Build strong rapport with customers and vendors
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns to the Events & Sponsorship team
- Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, trainings, and workshops
- Maintain a consistently positive and professional brand image
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- WSET Level 1 certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Must be punctual, self-motivated, and professional at all times
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Current valid driver's license with no DWI offenses
- No illegal drug use
- Some positions may require residence in specific geographic areas (identified during recruitment or employment)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the alcoholic beverage industry
- Uphold the highest ethical business standards and fiduciary responsibility on behalf of the company and its customers
