We’re on the hunt for a full-time creative powerhouse to help visual branding and direction of our industry-leading ribbon company.
This isn’t just another graphic design job. This is a chance to shape the patterns/prints and creative design that reach thousands of customers nationwide and globally in the craft, DIY, and hairbow industries. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design original ribbon patterns and graphics that lead trends in the craft and hair accessory space
- Own the creative direction of ribbon collections, from mood boards to production-ready files
- Create high-quality visuals for social media, website, and product launches
- Film and edit short-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Style and shoot DIY/tutorial content that connects with our customers
- Contribute to seasonal campaigns and product launches from concept to execution
- Collaborate closely with the creative, e-commerce, and product teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong graphic design skills, especially in illustration and pattern design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere)
- Experience designing for physical products (fabric, ribbon, apparel, or packaging is a huge plus)
- A portfolio that shows both strong visual taste and the ability to design for real customers
- Comfort with content creation, including styling, shooting, and editing
- A feel for what’s trending in the DIY/craft aesthetic world
- Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
This is a full-time, in-house role with room for creative ownership and growth.
