The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Microsoft 365 technologies, AI-powered workplace transformation, stakeholder management, and enterprise change management programs.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation and adoption
• Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Viva
• Knowledge of Generative AI and AI-driven workplace productivity tools
• Experience in user adoption strategies, communication planning, and training programs
• Strong stakeholder and executive management skills
• Experience in change impact assessments and readiness planning
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
• Lead Organizational Change Management activities for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments
• Develop communication, training, and user adoption strategies
• Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions and executive presentations
• Drive change readiness assessments and adoption metrics
• Collaborate with technical and business teams for successful rollout
• Create training materials, user guides, and enablement plans
• Monitor adoption KPIs and continuously improve user engagement
• Support enterprise AI transformation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Change Management
• Experience working with enterprise-level digital transformation projects
