Emerging Leaders Development Program: Cohort 6
RIBBA is now accepting applications for the Emerging Leaders Development Program, a premier leadership experience designed for professionals ready to strengthen their leadership, grow their confidence, and strategically advance their careers.
This program is designed for mid-level to senior level professionals who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
Participants engage in a full leadership curriculum focused on:
• Emotional Intelligence
• Strategic Thinking & Leadership
• Leadership Communication
• Professional Branding & Career Strategy
• Conflict Management & Negotiation
• Ethical Leadership & Decision Making
• Building Social Capital & Influence
Participants will also engage in:
• Peer mentorship
• Career coaching
• Capstone leadership project
• Executive-level guest speakers
• Leadership networking opportunities
This is an immersive leadership development experience designed to shape the leaders participants already are — not create them.
Program Value
The program carries an $11,000 value, but thanks to our partnership with the Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training, the Spring cohort is offered at no cost to selected participants.
Program Structure
• 7-month leadership development program
• Monthly full-day sessions (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• In-person leadership training
• Orientation and networking event prior to program start
Additional program components include:
• Capstone project
• Peer mentorship
• Career coaching and program check-ins
Eligibility
Applicants should:
• Be a mid-level to senior level professional
• Be currently employed
• Be ready to grow their leadership capacity and professional presence
• Be committed to fully participating in the program
