What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Rib City @ Grant Station?
Looking for an experienced Line Cook who can handle a fast paced environment. Must have 1-2 years experience, reliable transportation, LOOKING FOR NIGHT & WEEKEND AVAILABILITY!!
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Hours per week:
- 10-25
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly or Twice monthly
Typical end time:
- 10PM
Typical start time:
- 4pm
