They are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to replace their current DON, who is retiring. This Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facility has 40 beds, with a current census of 20. The staffing is excellent here, and they are well-equipped and ready to handle a 30-bed census. The facility is also 5 Stars.
This position would work alongside the Administrator and Director of Operations, reporting to the CEO. Overall, the team consists of between 20 and 25 people.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of leadership experience in an LTC/Assisted Living Facility
- Active RN license
Compensation depends on experience but typically falls within the $100,000 - $130,000 range.
