Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is a physician-led radiology practice comprised of over 120 fellowship-trained radiologists delivering innovative diagnostic and interventional care across Colorado and beyond. Our IT team plays a crucial role in supporting that mission by ensuring high-performing, secure, and responsive technology systems.
Summary of Position: The IT End User Specialist III provides advanced front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals. The IT End User Specialist III must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problem situations or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members. Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and security/compliance management.
Job Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer service to end-users

Logs, triages, and manages IT support request for end-users in a first contact scenario

Provides effective advanced troubleshooting for common technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking

rovides guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development of the Desktop Team.

Proactively observes and recommends changes to service desk to ensure SLA metrics are being met

Acts as primary point of contact for incident and escalation management.

Promotes a customer-centric culture on the Service Desk

Collaborate with multiple teams and departments

Manages and Maintains end-user focused applications

Participates in On-Call rotations

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Experience/Skill Requirements:
- 5 years of Healthcare IT experience, preferably in radiology
- Experience managing and supporting medium scale Active Directory environments
- Experience managing Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
- Experience with Desktop Imaging tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of IT Security Procedures and Access Controls
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with Virtual Desktop computing technologies
- Experience managing IT inventories
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Reliable transportation
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field – preferred
- A Certificate
Compensation for this role is between $75,800 and 84,500 on an annual basis
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associates' reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will accept applications on an ongoing basis, and will remain open until filled.

Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Part-time employees may have access to some of these benefits, which may be on a pro-rated basis. PRN employees are not eligible for benefits.
