About the Position: Serves as a senior project manager for a program segment of work assigned to the Military Branch. The work involves the design and construction of projects in support of other Department of Defense agencies (e.g., Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps). The program authorities are established at agency arid/or congressional levels, with diverse funding requirements, and varied policies, (e.g. MILCON and BRAC).
In order to qualify, you must meet the education and experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
