School Custodian (Evening Shift – Full Time)
Location: Northern Rhode Island
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
About the Role:
We’re seeking a dependable School Custodian to join our facilities team in Northern Rhode Island. This is a full-time, steady evening shift responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces daily
- Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the building
- Refill soap, sanitizer, and paper supplies
- Assist with event setup and light maintenance tasks
- Follow established safety and cleaning procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred (schools, hospitals, or office buildings a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment as needed
