We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in Primary care and prefer someone with familiarity in pulmonology.

Primarily Inpatient rehabilitation work and a few hours of outpatient work as needed.

Location: Fort Smith, AR.

Base plus bonus and benefits.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Primary care: 1 year (Required)
  • Pulmonology: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
  • AR Medical License (Required)

Work Location: In person
