What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the design team to deliver innovative medical equipment solutions
- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and enhance user experience
- Oversee the creation of design specifications, prototypes, and final products
- Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of creativity and excellence
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting design
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Master’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in design management within the medical equipment industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD tools)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in medical design

Salary : $210,000 - $220,000
