About Rhythm
Rhythm is an Australian-born surf and lifestyle apparel brand inspired by authentic coastal culture and premium craftsmanship. As our U.S. presence continues to expand, we’re looking for experienced Independent Sales Representatives to help grow the brand across the Mid West.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to build and strengthen meaningful retail partnerships across the territory. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with experience in action sports, surf, contemporary, lifestyle, and/or swim industries who is passionate about driving growth and representing a globally respected brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand sales within existing retail accounts across all product categories, including men’s, women’s, and swim
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout the territory
- Collaborate on retail marketing initiatives and brand activations
- Support regional and national trade shows, including setup and presentation
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners
- Track and report on sell-through, ATS, and repeat business performance
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in action sports, contemporary, apparel, or lifestyle sales
- Strong merchandising, sales, and account management skills
- Product- and fashion-focused mindset with strong market awareness
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage territory growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with NuORDER
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering a competitive commission-based compensation structure with strong earning potential based on performance.
