What You’ll Do:
- Operate machinery in a hot automotive manufacturing environment
- Inspect Link Ball castings and stabilizer bars with 100% quality focus
- Use no-go gauges to measure parts accurately
- Trim and debur parts by hand as needed
- Meet production goals of 1,000 parts per shift
- Load and unload parts from die-casting and shot blast machines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours/week and overtime on weekends as needed
- Assembly or inspection experience preferred
- Machine operation or die-cast experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
