Position Overview
We are seeking professional and experienced Armed and Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. This position requires highly dependable individuals with strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a professional presence. Guards are expected to maintain a safe and secure environment while representing our organization with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain a secure presence at assigned location
- Deter criminal activity and enforce property policies
- Conduct routine patrols of premises
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports
- Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary
Requirements
- Current ACT 235 Certification not required but recommended, will train if necessary
- Prior security experience recommended but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and/or patrol for extended periods
- Willing to work shifts
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
