The Rhonemus Group has been retained by one of Western Ohio's most successful community bank clients to recruit a new Branch Manager at their Sidney, Ohio location. Our client is over the $800 MM mark and is poised for additional growth and expansion with a very clear focus on customer service across all business units. We're looking for an individual with strong retail, mortgage, and consumer lending experience with proven leadership, and coaching skills to take Retail Banking to the next level. This individual must have a professional history with a wide range of knowledge in all facets of retail banking, branch leadership, compliance, consumer lending, mortgage lending and financial management experience to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
