About the role:The Pop-Up Store Manager will set the culture for the brand and the store environment. They are results driven and are responsible for the store’s overall performance including sales and profitability. The SM will inspire, motivate and develop the store team ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The SM will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Evolving, Authentic, and Team Centered). They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. What you’ll do:Recruit, select, and onboard employees who are passionate about pursuing progress in their own lives. Coach, develop and manage the performance of employees to create a scalable workforce that sets Rhone up for growthCreate and implement business strategies to attract new customers, drive traffic to the store and increase profitabilityRepresent the brand, brand image, and culture during internal and external eventsExhibit business acumen as it relates to retail and store financial goalsMeet and exceed store sales targets and KPI’sTrain your team to be product knowledge experts ensuring they are able to speak to the features and benefits of Rhone productsEnsure all Rhone team members deliver exceptional customer service as they represent the brandAddress customer complaints swiftly and completely showing empathy and compassionUphold operational standards, providing a safe and clean store environment for your customers and your teamMaintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.Create and communicate the biweekly staff schedule in accordance with shifting business needs adhering to payroll goals as communicated by HQ business partnersOpen and Close the store as neededMaintain visual merchandising standards as communicated by HQ business partnersEnsure all shipping and receiving are processed efficiently and in a timely mannerCommunicate inventory and assortment needs to HQOpen to additional roles and responsibilities as deemed necessaryWhat you’ll bring: Proven experience in leadership and team development4 years of retail leadership experience or equivalent consumer facing experienceStrong interpersonal communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsA positive attitude and an upbeat personalityThe ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goalsThe willingness to learn, be open to feedback and takes action as requiredAbility to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job trainingCommitment to career growth of self and others Ability and desire to build a collaborative, highly motivated, teamProactive and experienced with networking Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekendsProficient in Google Suite, Point of Sale system(s), inventory management systems and labor scheduling systemsJob Requirements:Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAvailable to work up to 40 hours/5 days a week Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctualityAbility to lift 25 poundsComfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periodsMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust be 18 years of age or olderWhat you’ll get:Company Health BenefitsGenerous clothing discount and clothing allowancePaid Time OffBonus Incentive ProgramCompany HolidaysOther details:Primary location: Orlando, FLReports to: District ManagerThe pay range for this position is $33 - $46 per hourRole requirement: Minimum 6 month commitmentRhone Apparel, Inc is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
