Description
Brand Point Services is a single-source national retail services company specializing in retail store resets, remodels, and new store setups. We are currently seeking Field Trainer to join our merchandising / installation team. As part of our team, you will lead various projects with crews ranging from 4 to 20 individuals. Must be willing to travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years (s) in retail resets, merchandising, or related skill set in this industry, along with experience managing multiply teams Dollar General experience extremely helpfully
- Must have computer skills including Email, MS Exel, PowerPoint, and camera
- Experience managing multiple projects within a region and managing crews during reset/remodels while meeting completion expectations and maintaining work quality following the direction of the client and Brand point.
- Must have a background in using basic hand tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Have your reliable transportation (not shared), which you can use to drive as needed to work consistently
- Have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner
- Willing and physically able to SAFELY climb ladders up to 20 feet high
- Must be able to understand and be able to operate a forklift
- Experience installing Lozier, Maddix, and millwork and reading Planograms
- Additional duties will be discussed
Responsibilities
As a Field Trainer you will work hands-on and train the team with the process given to us by our client while supervising crews in your area with direction from our client. You will also be responsible for making sure all team leads and co-workers follow Brandpoint procedures for reporting on hotels and staffing issues on every given day out in the field. You will also handle issues with staff at stores and any hotel issues that arise after hours.
- 100% travel at times
- No pets or guests in hotel rooms; all rooms will have a roommate
- Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive bending for up to 12 hours a day
- Able to pull, push, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout your scheduled shift

- Pay and Benefits
$1,200 - $1,300 a week based on experience
- Full-time, Seasonal Working 2 weeks on and one week off
- Hotels paid. No pets or guests in hotel rooms besides your assigned roommate
Requirements
Travel in the North East US market is required.
This includes PA, NY, MA, VT, CT, NH, ME, RI, NJ
