Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Bonus Benefits

Purchasing & Inventory Specialist Description
Our client is looking for an Purchasing & Inventory Specialist to add to their team. In this role, you will manage purchasing activities and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the organization. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to support cost control, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely procurement of materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong negotiation skills. Purchasing & Inventory Specialist Responsibilities
• Process purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor agreements
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
• Utilize NetSuite ERP or inventory management systems to track stock levels, generate reports, and maintain accurate purchasing records
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and receiving teams regarding incoming shipments
• Resolve vendor, shipping, or invoicing discrepancies
Purchasing & Inventory Specialist Qualifications
• 2 years of purchasing and/ or inventory management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment required
• Hands on ERP experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required
