Local CDL Class A Driver – Amazon Freight Partner
Rhodes On Roads LLC is hiring motivated and professional CDL Class A Drivers for local routes based out of Sumner, WA. As an Amazon Freight Partner, we provide consistent freight, modern equipment, and a driver-focused work environment.
This is a local position with guaranteed home time after every shift.
Pay & Schedule
- Earn $55,000 – $75,000 per year
- Hourly pay: $25 – $27/hour based on experience and safety record
- Full-time schedule with possible 3 consecutive 13-hour shifts
- Optional overtime when available on a 4th day
- Guaranteed 13-hour pay, even if routes finish early
Position Details
- Local routes averaging 200–450 miles roundtrip
- Home daily
- 100% drop-and-hook freight
- Drive 2022 CNG tractors equipped with advanced safety and driver-assist technology
- On-site fueling available

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record:
- Less than 3 incidents in the last 3 years
- No serious violations in the last 5 years
- Must pass:
- DOT Physical
- Drug Test
- Background Check
- Ability to operate GPS and smartphone applications
- Must be flexible with day, night, weekend, and holiday scheduling
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
