What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vitalistic Doctor Assistant position at Rhodes Family Chiropractic?
Vitalistic Doctor in practice for 40 years seeks a long-term assistant in this small, warm, eclectic environment! Here at Rhodes Family Chiropractic we believe in vitality, encouraging natural healing, and connection.
The new candidate must have guts, brains, office skills, and a love for holistic healing. Having a presence that lets people know that their healing has begun during their first phone call is key.
We'll train you up and reward you for your efforts. Starting rate is $18 an hour with the opportunity of monthly bonuses - position is 30 hours a week ( Mon-Wed and Fri ).
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Printing documents
- Answering the phone
- Email management
- Handling payments
- Scheduling client appointments
- Submitting payroll
- Filling paper patient files
- Light bookkeeping
- Client report prep
- Preparing and sending client mailings
- A bit of social media
- No medical billing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Organizaional skills is a must !
- The ability to juggle different tasks
- Tech Savvy - be comfortable using a desktop computer

- Local ( 15min drive )
