What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Consultant position at Rhodes Chevrolet Company?
The parts counter consultant should be an energetic and positive team player with exceptional customer service skills that is detailed oriented. This job requires diligence and coordination as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Checking in orders and stocking
- Quoting and billing out parts for counter sales and repair orders
- Taking wholesale orders
- Searching different distributors for parts
- Auditing inventory regularly
- Providing excellent guest service
The parts counter person must absorb a large amount of parts knowledge and technical knowledge and be able to apply it to many different situations. The person for this job needs to have a great attitude and work ethic. Like all things at Rhodes Chevrolet our focus is to provide excellent guest service with a culture of helpfulness and attention to detail.
Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
