You’ll generate leads, inspect roofs, manage the customer relationship, and help deliver top-quality roofing projects—with full support from our internal team. Responsibilities Sell preventative maintenance, repairs, and re-roofs (primarily low-slope systems) Perform roof inspections and relay data to in-house estimating team Act as the main point of contact from signed contract to final inspection Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard Work alongside operations to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction Attend networking events and residential sales opportunities Requirements3–5 years in residential roofing, construction, or B2B sales Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Mod Bit, etc.) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project ownership skills CRM experience preferred (JobNimbus or ServiceTitan a plus) Valid driver’s license (clean record)
