Rhoden Roofing is hiring a Commercial Account Manager to drive sales and oversee project execution in our commercial division. You’ll generate leads, inspect roofs, manage the customer relationship, and help deliver top-quality roofing projects—with full support from our internal team.
Responsibilities
- Sell preventative maintenance, repairs, and re-roofs (primarily low-slope systems)
- Perform roof inspections and relay data to in-house estimating team
- Act as the main point of contact from signed contract to final inspection
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
- Work alongside operations to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend networking events and residential sales opportunities
Requirements
- 1-2 years in commercial roofing, construction, or B2B sales
- Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Mod Bit, etc.)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project ownership skills
- CRM experience preferred (JobNimbus or ServiceTitan a plus)
- Valid driver’s license (clean record)
- Must be 21 or older to be considered
