rhode is a high-growth beauty brand making its debut at Sephora. We're looking for a Retail & Education Field Coordinator to support day-to-day field execution across a focused group of doors. What You'll Do

• Support in-store execution across your territory through regular Sephora visits
• Assist your Field Account Executive with training, events, and relationship building
• Deliver brand and product education to cast members during store visits
• Track store-level performance and engagement, sharing insights with the field team
• Coordinate freelance talent for events and store support, ensuring they're set up for success
• Support in-store activations—including setup, materials, and post-event reporting
• Maintain store visit schedules, track feedback and recaps, and help manage tools, testers, and collateral
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or education support—Sephora experience is a plus
• Passion for skincare and a desire to grow in the beauty field landscape
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in stores, while collaborating with a broader team
• Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable with reporting tools
• Willingness to travel within your market (up to 70%) and lift/transport products for in-store support
