Key Responsibilities:
-Teach college and career readiness courses to high school students.
-Deliver lessons using provided curriculum and lesson plans.
-Manage classroom behavior and foster a respectful, inclusive environment.
-Assess student understanding through assigned work, quizzes, labs, and other assessments.
-Grade and return assignments in a timely manner.
-Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
-Communicate with students, parents, and school staff as needed.
-Participate in school-related meetings or events as required during the assignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Health, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field required.
Prior teaching or substitute experience preferred.
