Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI is actively hiring Registered Nurses for our inpatient acute care units with both 36-hour day and night shift opportunities available. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care across the continuum, from admission to discharge, while supporting optimal patient outcomes in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, high-quality direct patient care using the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, and providing patient and family education
- Coordinate care and collaborate with physicians, allied health staff, patients, families, and community services to support care outcomes and discharge planning
- Demonstrate leadership by supervising delegated care, participating in quality improvement activities, maintaining clinical competencies, and serving as a resource and role model for peers
Qualifications:
- Current RI RN license required
- ASN required; BSN preferred
- Current BLS required; ACLS/PALS as appropriate
- Must demonstrate and role model our C.A.R.E. Values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence)
