- Manage Blood Transport collaborate with your colleagues to safely transport and deliver blood and blood products from drives to ensure they reach their destination in top condition.
- Assist and Serve Provide excellent customer service to clients, donors, and team members by building strong partnerships and relationships with hospitals, drive sponsors, and our staff. If the opportunity arises to interact with donors, create a welcoming and comfortable environment for them while ensuring safety procedures are adhered to.
- Handle Various Tasks Be ready to tackle additional tasks as they come up to support our team during the drive with a “can-do” approach to meet our mission.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of truck or bus driving experience preferred.
- A valid/clean driver’s license.
- The ability to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Demonstrated experience driving a straight truck and cargo van and non-cdl bus.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and accurately follow instructions.
- Must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
