Rhoback is seeking an Allocator to manage product distribution across sales channels and retail locations, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. This role partners with Planning, Merchandising, and Operations to create allocation and replenishment strategies, analyze sales and inventory trends, and support pre-season forecasting. Responsibilities
Rhoback is seeking an Allocator to manage product distribution across sales channels and retail locations, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. This role partners with Planning, Merchandising, and Operations to create allocation and replenishment strategies, analyze sales and inventory trends, and support pre-season forecasting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Planning to ensure appropriate topline allocation quantities by Sales Channel align with Demand and Supply Plans
- Generate weekly replenishment plans by Sales Channel / Store location based on historical sales trends and internal strategies
- Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, and Operations teams to submit transfer orders / systematic reserve orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery to all Sales Channels / Store locations
- Collaborate with Planning and Merchandising during pre-season forecasting to create seasonal assortments based on Sales Channel / Store location performance, SKU productivity, WOS / inventory turn targets, and efficient visual merchandising exposure
- Develop reporting to track and manage replenishable vs non-replenishable products, based on sales trends, inventory levels, sell-through, and seasonality, to optimize total company sell-through
- Assist in forecasting and analyzing inventory allocation by the Distribution Center to ensure internal targets and goals are met
- Monitor embroidered inventory levels against forecasted demand to proactively replenish stock and support customer needs and service level agreement requirements
- Identify and help resolve any issues within the system that may arise from Purchase Order delays, unexpected customer requests/accommodations (reorders and/or cancellations), overselling, and adjusted marketing timelines
- Communicate with Retail Store Managers to ensure that needs are met and requests are serviced promptly
- Develop and implement scalable allocation strategies for Sales Channel / Retail Store expansion
- Generate monthly allocation plans by Sales Channel / Store location based on assortment set by Planning and Merchandising
- Provide analysis on customer behavior by Sales Channel / Geographic Location to assist with determining the optimal assortment for new customers that aligns with market demands and customer expectations
- College degree required.
- 2 years of merchandise/retail allocation or related experience.
- Analytical and quantitative with acute attention to detail.
- Expert at Microsoft Excel and building analyses.
- Comfortable owning and improving existing processes and Excel files.
- Ability to work independently and switch rapidly between projects.
- Self-starter work ethic with a desire to make a positive impact.
- Strong internal and external communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, advise, and impact Rhoback’s direction with data-driven analysis.
