Role and Responsibilities: As an Automotive Technician, you will play a vital role in our organization by utilizing your expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Performing comprehensive inspections and diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
2. Conducting repairs and adjustments on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
3. Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions.
4. Providing exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues, repair options, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Maintaining accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used, adhering to established guidelines.
6. Staying updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends through continuous learning and training opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training program is highly preferred.
2. Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, demonstrating proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.
3. While we highly prefer ASE-certified candidates, we are also committed to assisting the right candidate in achieving their certified status. 4. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and computer diagnostics.

7. Solid understanding of safety procedures and practices in an automotive repair environment.
