Rhoades Contracting, Inc. is a professional framing company who is looking for an experienced foreman with a positive attitude and good personal values. We are looking for candidates that do not smoke, swear and are okay leaving their cell phone in their car during the workday.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Saturday

Salary: Starting at $20 - $35 /hour DOE.

Pay Frequency: Twice a month

Requirements:

• You must have three years or more experience in construction as a foreman. You must have documented evidence, like a resume, showing that you were able to lead a team and take a project from start to finish so you can fulfill your role as a foreman.
• Must be able to pass a background screening and be drug-free.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and the ability to report to work consistently on a daily basis.
• Be able to lead and work with a team taking projects from start to finish.
• Having a valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving record is desirable.

Physical Demands:

Be able to regularly lift a minimum of 50 lbs. carrying studs and plywood. This job consists of extended periods of activity including walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting. Ability and willingness to work in various weather conditions with exposure to the elements (i.e. pollen, heat, and cold).'
