About The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Contract Sourcer to supplement our hiring efforts. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a number of roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role will be 5 days/week in-office.
This role will report directly to Rho's Head of Talent and may lead to a full-time opportunity at the end of the contract, depending on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do
- Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Source, engage, and assess top sales talent.
- Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts.
- Maintain a core KPI of 4 hires per month.
- 3 years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for unique roles.
- Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and excellence in every detail.
