What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Technician position at RHN Medical and Dental Group?
We are a growing medical and dental health group based in Plainview, Texas looking for a unique Laboratory Technician that will inspire and grow with us as a company.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year work experience as a phlebotomist in a medical laboratory. Medical Laboratory Technology Certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to interact with broad segments of staff and promote effective working relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests following established procedures.
- Draw blood samples or collect other specimens as requested and prepare for transport.
- Review and approve final test results before reporting
