Marco’s Pizza is one of the fastest-growing pizza brands in the country, known for fresh ingredients, quality food, and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Shift Leader to lead our team, deliver great guest experiences, and run a successful, profitable store.
Position Overview
The shift leader is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including team leadership, customer satisfaction, food quality, and financial performance. This role requires a leader who can motivate a team, maintain high standards, and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Assist in Control costs, manage inventory, and meet sales and profit goals
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Assist the GM with Monitoring labor, food costs, and operational metrics to improve performance
- Create a positive, respectful, and energetic work environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience (pizza or QSR preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage labor and food costs
- Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on leadership style
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
