Position Summary
Rhino Tool House is seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to drive the performance, capability, and productivity of our national Sales Engineer team.
This is not a traditional Learning & Development role.
This position is focused on improving sales performance—accelerating onboarding, strengthening technical and commercial skills, and increasing revenue contribution across new and developing Sales Engineers.
You will build and lead systems that directly impact:
• Sales productivity
• Technical product knowledge
• Pipeline development and conversion
• Overall sales execution consistency
This role operates at the intersection of sales, training, and performance analytics and is highly visible to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Onboarding & Ramp
• Design and implement structured 30 / 90 / 180-day onboarding programs
• Define and measure “revenue readiness” for new Sales Engineers
• Assess early-stage performance and identify capability gaps
Tool University (Sales Training Program)
• Lead and scale Rhino’s hands-on sales and product training program
• Deliver real-world, application-based learning tied to customer scenarios
• Ensure training translates into field execution and sales results
Sales Capability Development
• Develop programs to improve performance of new hires and mid-tier Sales Engineers
• Focus on opportunity identification, technical knowledge, solution selling, and customer engagement
Sales Performance Improvement
• Identify behaviors that drive top performance
• Build frameworks to elevate the middle tier
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers on development plans
Sales Enablement Systems & Content
• Build a centralized knowledge system including product guides, playbooks, and competitive materials
• Optimize tools (iSpring, CRM, internal systems)
Measurement & Analytics
• Connect enablement efforts to revenue, margin, and pipeline
• Track ramp time, productivity, and training effectiveness
Qualifications
• 7 years in sales enablement, technical sales, or commercial leadership
• Strong understanding of sales processes and technical selling
• Proven ability to improve sales performance through structured programs
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) preferred
• Experience with LMS platforms preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Background
• Industrial, manufacturing, or technical product sales
• Experience with national sales teams
• Exposure to engineered or application-based solutions

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $140,000 annually.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for performance-based incentives tied to sales impact, which may include bonus compensation.
Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
