What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Crew Scheduling Coordinator - Las Vegas position at RHINO STAGING?
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills who can effectively manage their time,
and multitask across several, ever changing projects. This person will be working with a tight knit office team to properly coordinate and schedule employees for multiple events in and around the greater Las Vegas area.
This is a full-time (W-2) position in our Henderson office. Hours may vary to include nights, weekends and
holidays as necessary to support our scheduled events.

* Schedule & coordinate employees for multiple events & shifts in the greater Las Vegas area
* Answer & direct incoming calls from employees and clients, along with general inquiries
* Interact with employees and clients re: schedule changes, etc.
* Data entry including employee timesheets, receipts and employee/client information
* Work on-call rotation to assist clients and employees after-hours as needed
* Assist Operations Management team with additional tasks as directed
* Professional appearance & demeanor as outlined in the Rhino Employee Handbook
* Polite & professional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of personalities.
* Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
* Basic computer skills, (including emails, Word, Excel, Google docs)
Preferred Experience:
* Previous similar experience in the entertainment industry
* Previous customer service and/or call center environment experience
* Previous Salesforce experience

The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
