Let's talk about the Job Requirements:
Desired Results
- Design control panels for Rhino Stak and other packaged pumping systems sold by Rhino Pumps.
- Build and grow a profitable panel shop as a key division within Rhino Pumps.
- Create accurate, code-compliant panel schematics and detail drawings.
- Perform PLC programming and system integration.
- Train future employees in proper panel-building techniques.
- Complete all work in a safe, professional manner following established SOPs.
- Effectively troubleshoot new and existing installations.
- Develop departmental best practices and future training materials.
- Perform smooth, reliable equipment startups on-site.
Guidelines
- An associate degree or trade school training is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Must be self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Strong work ethic and initiative are essential.
- Must read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and written/verbal instructions. Must exercise independent judgment when solving non-routine problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Must maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Let's be honest, we all work to pay the bills and afford our hobbies and toys. This job will pay according to your experience and what you can bring to the table. The range varies from $45-$55/hr. which can be discussed during your interview depending on your experience.
