Rhino Pumps headquarters is located in Pleasant Grove, Utah, but we are looking to add another Estimator to our Inside Sales team in Idaho. We make sure our cities, mines and industrial companies throughout the states of Utah, Nevada, Washington, Arizona, Idaho and Colorado have running water to wash their dishes, dewatering where needed, and pumps to take care of waste from flushing toilets.

Let's get the bad news out of the way first:

You might get TIRED. In a nutshell you will be actively generating leads, scheduling sales appointments, and supporting our Sales Engineer with sizing pumps and quoting jobs.

Now, let's talk about what the job entails:

1. You need to be the type of person that gets the job done. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, organized and results-driven.

2. You will search for new customers, generate leads, and schedule sales appointments for our Sales Engineer. We need someone with good communication skills and the ability to prospect and qualify leads.

3. You will need mechanical knowledge so that you can understand how pumps work and be able to size them. We can teach you, as long as you are teachable and able to retain the information.

4. Estimating experience is a must. It doesn't necessarily have to be in the pump industry but some kind of quoting/inside sales job experience is desired.

5. You will be working with vendors and sending purchase orders in a strategic manner so that all equipment arrives in shop around the same time.

Now, let's talk money:

Let's be honest, we all work to pay the bills and afford our hobbies and toys.

$75,000 - $90,000 a year, depending on your experience and what you can bring to the table. This is a salaried position with a bonus pay structure.

• 401(k) match: 100% of your first 3%, then 50% of the next 2%. Up to 4% of pay.
• HSA match: dollar for dollar, up to $84.60 per pay period. About $2,200 a year (requires a qualifying high-deductible health plan).
• Colonial Life supplemental coverage: up to $100 per month toward the policy you pick from our available options: accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness, cancer, dental, vision, or life. $1,200 a year.
• 80 hours of paid time off. 80 hours rolls over to next year, and we pay out anything above that.
• Paid holidays.
• Paid manufacturer training and certification.

To be straight with you: we don't offer a group major medical health plan. The Colonial Life policies are supplemental coverage. They are not major medical insurance and not a substitute for it. If you want major medical, you'd get it on your own through the marketplace, a spouse's plan, or another source. We'd rather tell you that now than at offer stage.
