Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demolition Foreman located in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Demolition Foreman will oversee and manage demolition projects, including supervising crews, operating heavy equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating tasks to meet project deadlines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, communicating with Superintendent, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and excellent Communication abilities
- Experience with Heavy Equipment and Maintenance
- Carpentry skills
- Ability to work on-site in Myrtle Beach, SC
- Previous experience in demolition or related fields is a plus
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
