Rhino-Back Roofing is a $30M local, residential company serving Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts—and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a driven, honest sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to climb a ladder and get on a roof.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Run pre-scheduled roofing estimate appointments
- Lead a structured, one-call close using our proven sales system
- Educate homeowners on products, warranties and financing options
- Follow-up with unsold prospects to convert leads into sales
- Build relationships by understanding customer needs and addressing concerns
- Hand off jobs to a production team that fulfills what you promised
QUALIFICATIONS:
- In-home sales reps, closers, or consultants (2 years’ of sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Competitive, self-motivated individuals who are coachable and open to learning a sales system - we provide structure and support
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $125k–$165k earning potential for top performers, with no cap
- Base salary commission so you’re stable while you ramp
