What You’ll Do:
- Conduct roof inspections for storm and exterior damage
- Identify and document property damage
- Introduce homeowners to our company and explain our insurance support process
- Secure customer commitments for roofing projects
- Meet with insurance adjusters on-site to review and highlight identified damage
Note: This role does not involve writing estimates or negotiating with adjusters. (These activities are handled internally) —your responsibility is to walk the adjuster through the damage found during the initial inspection.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of sales experience with top producing results
- Excellent verbal communication and sales skills
- Be self-driven & highly motivated
- Maintain a strong ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
